Polishing
We are happy to offer polishing services for stainless round bar, pipe, round tube, square tube, flat bar, sheet, and plate.
Shearing
Certified Metals offers shearing services of material up to a maximum thickness of 5/8″ x 144″ and up to 3/4″ x 72″ in maximum length.
Saw Cutting
We are pleased to offer in-house production stainless steel saw cutting services to meet your specific needs and fulfill the most exacting of requirements. Our programmable saws provide consistent, accurate cuts and each piece is carefully inspected to make sure it meets our internal requirements for excellence before leaving our facility.
PVC Coating
While other companies receive their stainless with PVC already applied, we receive uncoated material and apply PVC in-house. As a result, every piece of PVC coated material that leaves our warehouse has undergone visual inspection.
Plasma Arc Cutting
Our in-house plasma arc cutting enables us to provide precise cutting services to your specifications, encompassing both standard and custom shapes. Plasma cutting allows fast and accurate blanking of parts, sometimes eliminating the first stages of the fabrication process.
